Storz Coupling

When connecting two fire hydrants with different hose ends, Storz couplings provide a quick and easy solution. Storz is a quarter turn coupling, no male and female parts, with lugs on the inside of the coupling.

What is a coupling?
Couplings are sets of connection devices that interconnect to additional lengths of fire hose, adapters and other firefighting appliances. Usually made of stainless steel or aluminium, couplings are available in a variety of types and sizes.
